Who Owns The Code?

Ownership of the code is transfer to our clients upon receipt of final payment. We do not maintain ownership in any capacity. The only exception or limitation to that of course is when we use a third party software where we don’t have the ability to transfer ownership.

We usually try to use open source software where licensing is free so you won’t have to worry about that.

Upon completion of the project we will publish the live version of your website or mobile app and then we will also send you a link to a zipped version of your code for your own storage.
